So you want to be an innovative organization?

In that case what is your conflict management strategy?

Innovation sits on the edge of dysfunction. Why? Because to innovation requires different worldviews as a starting point. New ideas come from the space between the excepted norms.

But different worldviews have different values and as a result this same space can also be highly distructive.

Plan for it. A good conflict management strategy can not only help your organization come up with better solutions but can prevent devistating conflicts.
