Trisula Solutions was founded on the idea that we all have something of value to bring to the table.

The company’s goal is to make a better world by bringing out the potential of our collective. So often our teams are equal to less then the sum of their parts. Trisula Solutions aims to correct that.

Method Behind the Madness

We do this by changing the way teams communicate, creating conversation feedback loops, and facilitating crucial conversations.

We apply a lean methodology to the human element of your organization. We know that there is not one model that works for every organization. Our role is to introduce, implement, and evaluate small changes that move your organization in the desired direction to create an environment and team dynamic that works to move you towards your goals.

By creating shared understanding, we increase our ability to see the opportunities in any challenges we encounter.

This is not about one option versus another; it is about creating a solution that is better than all of those available.

We work with people to change how they work together. We help teams take advantage of the diversity and differences in the room. We apply current research and discoveries to create better group dynamics. We look at the team as if it were a complex organism, taking into consideration the team’s physical and mental health, hierarchy of needs, and any emotional asymmetry that may exist. We work towards common vision, clear understanding, and symmetry in perception.

The Person Behind Trisula Solutions

David Feldman

David Feldman is a passionate, big picture person who sees change as a chain of interactions that starts with the people he interacts with. David believes healthy organizations are part of a healthy community and works hard towards improving every organization that he works with. Leading by example, coaching, and long-term vision are the 3 pillars of his leadership model. David leads by example by having Integrity and a value-driven decision- making process. This approach creates stability and consistency and allows for David to be true to himself, his peers, and the organization. David Feldman believes everybody has something to teach and something to learn. this allows for omin-directional coaching and relationships that are built to support each other. Lastly, David believes it is important to know where you and your organizations are going in order to move in the right direction.

David Feldman is a management consultant with 10 years experience and training in managing organizational change, conflict, strategic planning and projects in a range of sectors including not for profit, charitable, education, event planning, and private enterprise. David has provided strategic and change management services to a number of leading organizations throughout Alberta and has led comprehensive organizational development, process implementation, organizational governance restructuring and change management projects focused on the creation of effective organizations.

David Feldman received his B.Sc. from the University of Alberta, holds both a Qualified Mediator (Q.Med.) designation from the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Institute of Canada and a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Lastly, David has just completed his master’s thesis on team dynamics and decision-making at Royal Roads University.
